LOOKER STUDIO CONNECTOR SERVICES
Data Access and Storage
When you use our Looker Studio connectors, we access and temporarily store the following information to provide connector functionality and improve performance:
- Authentication credentials to your connected data sources (e.g., API keys, OAuth tokens)
- Cached query results from your data sources
- Connector configuration settings
This information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (both at rest and in transit) and is retained until you disconnect the connector or cancel your subscription. You can request deletion of your cached data at any time by contacting us at info@digitalmicroenterprise.com.
Google Cloud Storage Usage
Our connectors use Google Cloud Storage for caching purposes to improve connector performance. We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data accessed through Google APIs or other third-party services is only used to provide the connector functionality you’ve requested. We do not use this data for serving advertisements or any purposes beyond providing our service.
Third-Party Data Sources
Our connectors access various third-party services on your behalf through their APIs. The specific services depend on which connector you are using. We only access data that you explicitly authorize us to retrieve, and we use it solely to deliver that data to your Looker Studio reports.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Device Information
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- Company name (if applicable)
- Payment information (processed and stored by Chargebee, our payment processor)
We refer to this information as “Subscription Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Subscription Information.
WEBSITE ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our Site. These services collect information such as:
- How you arrived at our Site
- Which pages you visit and how long you stay
- Your general location (country/city)
- Device and browser information
- Mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior (Microsoft Clarity)

APP DATA & LOGS
We collect logs from usage of our connectors that enable us to monitor performance, find issues, and resolve them. These logs are never shared with third parties.
App logs are retained for a period of 30 days.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Subscription Information that we collect to:
- Provide access to your subscribed connectors
- Process your subscription payments
- Communicate with you about your subscription, technical support, and service updates
- Send invoices and subscription confirmations
- Screen for potential risk or fraud
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services
We use the Device Information that we collect to:
- Screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address)
- Improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site)
- Assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above:

DATA RETENTION
We will retain your information as follows:
- Subscription Information: Retained while your subscription is active and in accordance with Chargebee’s retention policies after cancellation for accounting and legal purposes
- Cached connector credentials and query results: Retained until you disconnect the connector or cancel your subscription
- App logs: Retained for 30 days
- Analytics data: Retained according to Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity’s retention policies

SECURITY
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data at rest and in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
